Privacy and Cookie Policy
This policy explains what information AiSulivo may collect, why we use it, and how cookies and similar technologies work on this site.
Who we are
AiSulivo is an independently operated AI app and AI tool discovery platform based in India. For privacy questions about this website, contact support@AiSulivo.com.
This policy describes AiSulivo’s own website practices. It is not the privacy policy of third-party AI products listed on the site.
Scope
This Privacy and Cookie Policy covers information collected through AiSulivo’s public website (including pages on AiSulivo.com) when you browse, search, contact us by email, or otherwise interact with our pages.
If you leave AiSulivo for an external product, app store, or payment page, that destination’s own privacy terms apply.
Information we may collect
Information you send us. If you email us, we receive the content of your message, your email address, and any details you choose to include (for example a listing URL or correction request).
Technical and usage data. Like most websites, our servers or security layers may process technical logs such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages requested, timestamps, and error diagnostics. These logs help operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Theme preference. The site may store a theme preference (for example light or dark mode) in your browser’s local storage so the interface can remember your choice.
We do not require you to create a user account on AiSulivo to browse public listings.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, and scripts that help a site function or measure traffic.
What we use today (based on templates deployed on AiSulivo):
- Google Tag Manager (container ID GTM-MKJJVG3N). We use Google Tag Manager to manage site tags. Analytics or similar measurement tags may load through GTM to understand aggregate page views and how visitors use the site. This helps us improve content and navigation. Google may process related data subject to Google’s terms.
- Essential / functional storage. Theme preference may use local storage. Session or security cookies may be set by hosting, CDN, or access-control layers when those features are enabled.
What we are not claiming here: We do not currently operate a separate Cookie Settings / consent-management platform (CMP) on the public site. We have not found Google AdSense or other personalized ad-network tags in the live PHP/site head templates reviewed for this policy. If advertising or additional tracking is added later, we will update this section.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site features or analytics accuracy.
Why we process information
We process information to:
- Operate, secure, and improve the website
- Understand which pages are useful (analytics)
- Respond to emails and requests you send
- Handle corrections, content-removal, or privacy requests
- Comply with applicable legal obligations when required
We do not sell your personal information as a business model described on this page.
Service providers and infrastructure
We may use hosting, CDN, DNS, email, analytics, and security providers to run the site. Those providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us. Google may process data related to tags loaded via Google Tag Manager (including analytics), subject to Google’s terms.
We do not publish a separate public subprocessor inventory page. If that becomes necessary, we may add it later.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above—for example, email correspondence while a request is active, and technical logs for a limited operational period unless a longer period is required for security or legal reasons. Analytics data is typically kept in aggregate or pseudonymous form according to the analytics tool’s settings.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the site and communications. No method of transmission or storage is free from risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Privacy requests
If you want to ask about personal information you sent to AiSulivo (for example an email you wrote to us), contact support@AiSulivo.com and describe your request. We may need to verify that we are responding to the right person.
This site is operated from India. We do not claim certification seals under foreign or Indian privacy marketing labels, and we do not paste standard-clause templates that do not match our actual arrangements. Where a law gives you specific rights that apply to our processing, we will consider requests in good faith.
Children
AiSulivo is a general-audience discovery website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of creating child profiles. Third-party AI tools linked from listings may have their own age rules—review those before use.
Third-party sites and AI tools
When you follow a link to a third-party product, that provider may collect prompts, files, account data, payment details, and other information under its own privacy policy. AiSulivo does not control those practices. See also our Disclaimer.
Updates
We may update this Privacy and Cookie Policy from time to time. The effective / last updated date at the top will change when we do.
Email and form correspondence
When you contact us, we use your message to respond and, where relevant, to update a listing, remove content, or improve the site. We may keep a copy of the correspondence and our reply for operational continuity and to document how a request was handled.
Please avoid sending passwords, payment card numbers, one-time codes, or unnecessary sensitive personal data by email. If a request requires verification, we will ask only for what is reasonably needed.
Technical logs in more detail
Web servers, reverse proxies, CDNs, and security tools commonly record connection metadata. That can include IP addresses, user-agent strings, requested paths, status codes, and timestamps. We use this class of data to detect abuse, debug outages, and understand traffic patterns at a high level.
Log retention depends on the hosting and security stack in use and is generally limited to what is useful for operations and security review.
International visitors
AiSulivo is operated from India and may be hosted or accelerated using infrastructure in other countries. If you access the site from outside India, your information may be processed in India or in locations where our providers operate. We do not publish transfer boilerplate for jurisdictions that do not match our actual arrangements.
