Content Removal and Intellectual Property Policy
How AiSulivo treats original site content, third-party rights, and requests to correct or remove material.
AiSulivo original content
Except for third-party materials, AiSulivo’s original editorial text, page layouts we create, and custom branding elements are owned by or licensed to the AiSulivo operator. Unauthorized copying of our original content for competing commercial databases may be restricted, subject to applicable law.
Third-party intellectual property
App names, developer names, logos, icons, screenshots, trademarks, trade dress, videos, and similar assets remain the property of their respective owners. They appear on AiSulivo for identification, informational, editorial, and discovery purposes.
Inclusion of a third-party asset does not mean endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or that the rights holder has certified our description. AiSulivo does not claim ownership of those third-party assets.
Types of requests we consider
We may review requests such as:
- Copyright concerns about material hosted on AiSulivo
- Trademark or brand impersonation concerns related to a listing
- Requests to correct ownership, developer name, or official links
- Requests to remove or update a listing that is inaccurate or unauthorized
- Reports of clear misuse of a brand asset on our pages
We are not a court and do not adjudicate every dispute between third parties. We do not appoint or publish a statutory notice agent title on this page.
Information to include
Send requests to copyright@AiSulivo.com (Copyright and Rights Contact / Content Removal Contact). Include:
- Your name and role (owner, agent, developer, or authorized representative)
- The exact URL(s) on AiSulivo
- A description of the material and the right you claim
- Why the material should be corrected or removed
- Links to official sources that support your request
- A good-faith statement that the information in your notice is accurate
- A way for us to reply
Do not send government ID numbers, passport scans, or other highly sensitive identity documents unless we specifically request a reasonable form of verification for a particular case. We may ask follow-up questions instead.
Review and outcomes
We review complete requests in good faith. Possible outcomes include correcting a listing, replacing a link, removing or replacing an asset, removing a page, requesting more information, or declining a request that is incomplete, abusive, or not supported.
We may take longer when a request is unclear, contested, or requires checking official sources. Submitting a request does not guarantee a particular result or timeline.
Counter-notices and disputes
If we remove or alter material based on a rights notice and another party disputes that action, we may ask both sides for clarification. We may restore, keep removed, or further modify content based on the information available. We are not obligated to mediate commercial disputes between brands.
Repeat issues and misuse of the process
We may decline to act on notices that are incomplete, abusive, automated spam, clearly erroneous, or submitted in bad faith. Repeated knowingly false claims may be ignored. Likewise, ignoring well-supported rights holder requests may lead to removal of the disputed material from AiSulivo.
What this policy does not cover
This policy covers material on AiSulivo’s website. It does not control content on third-party AI products, app stores, social networks, or other websites. For issues on those platforms, contact the relevant provider directly.
This policy also does not create a promise that AiSulivo will register under any specific foreign notice-and-takedown statute, appoint a formal statutory notice agent, or publish residential contact details.
Updates
We may update this Content Removal and Intellectual Property Policy from time to time. The effective / last updated date is shown at the top of this page.
