Manage CRM records, prospect research and recurring revenue workflows with Dench’s agents and connected tools.
Dench is a CRM and agent workspace for revenue operations. It combines people, company and deal records with agents that research leads, prepare meetings and carry out recurring tasks. The current product also connects to external sales tools, allowing a team to coordinate work around its existing information rather than only a new database.
The published workflows include lead enrichment, outreach support, stale-deal alerts and pipeline hygiene. Meeting recording can produce summaries and next steps for the pipeline. Boards, tasks and automation routines support work that crosses several people or systems, such as preparing a briefing or following up on an inactive opportunity.
Dench describes integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Teams, Zoom and other go-to-market applications. The workspace can also be addressed from communication channels including messaging and email. Teams should confirm which channels are available in their plan and what actions each connection is permitted to take.
A headless CRM interface exposes records through a REST API, CLI and webhooks. This lets developers or other agents work with the same workspace programmatically. Credentials and automation triggers therefore need the same care as access granted to a human team member.
Max is listed at $99 per seat per month, with a three-day trial and a monthly workspace AI-credit allowance. Enterprise starts at $1,500 per month and adds implementation support and organisational controls. Included credits should not be interpreted as unlimited model usage.
Start with a small contact set and one routine. Check enrichment accuracy and draft quality before allowing messages or record changes. The team should define approval points for outreach, calendar actions and pipeline updates so an agent’s ability to act remains aligned with its assigned responsibility.
