About Atlas

Atlas combines e-signatures with contract workflow automation. Its free signature service is available alongside paid agent runs and a separate managed offering in which Atlas staff handle the operational work. The platform is intended to connect the steps before and after signing, rather than treating a signed PDF as the end of the process.

From approved information to an agreement

The agent can prepare documents from an organization's templates or standard templates, fill information and arrange signing fields. The official sales example begins with a HubSpot deal, prepares an order form, waits for approval and then routes the agreement for signatures. Subsequent steps can include filing the executed copy, updating the connected system and notifying the team. Users retain responsibility for approving the document before it is sent.

Signing and connected operations

Atlas includes signing history and an audit certificate with completed documents. Its pricing page lists unlimited signers and teammates rather than a per-seat signature allowance. REST API and MCP access are included across plans, and the product describes use from tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. A workflow run means a chain of at least two steps handling one contract; a single action and manual work are treated differently in the published billing explanation.

Software or a managed department

The self-service plans are software that the customer's team operates. The Managed Contracts Department is a human-operated service covering intake, template-based drafting, routing, reminders, filing and tracking. Atlas states that legal questions and redlines are routed to the customer's counsel. It does not provide legal advice or replace the judgment of an in-house or external lawyer.

Choosing a plan

The free plan includes a small one-time allocation of agent runs, while paid plans provide recurring run capacity and possible overage charges. Organizations should map approval owners, document types, filing destinations and spending limits before enabling a workflow. SAML SSO is described as planned in the pricing FAQ, so it should not be assumed available merely because other security controls are included.
